Rossholme lives again...

Joyce Aruga was made to give up her schooling aged 13 in order to become the third wife of a much older man. This was not part of her plan, so she ran away to Nairobi. She always wanted to give children the opportunity to get the education for which she has had to fight tooth and nail. She has now achieved her ambition to start a school which provides sound education for the children in the Kiambiu slum in Nairobi.
…the hint of a possibility of opening a school for slum children in Nairobi was born whenJoyce graduated as a teacher in July 2016 and in September, Rossholme Education Centre opened with 6 small children from 8 months to 4 years old; the school. now has 525 pupils from 3 - 12 years old. The Charity supports Joyce in maintaining the school.
